Travel Lane County: 

The Travel Lane County was in the process of redesigning our website. We wanted an objective analysis of our site so we hired HPR Digital Marketing Agency. We gained several new insights based on the report. The first is that we need to focus on our site being a publishing and a lead generating site. So as we look forward are we providing the necessary information on our destination and seen as the authoritative source? Are we set easily set up to generate leads from people requesting our visitor guide, signing up for our e-newsletter or booking a hotel room?

Thinking about our site in terms of Brand Awareness, Engagement and Conversion is a new way to look at the web traffic which is helpful for strategic planning to increase conversions. The heat maps were particularly helpful in seeing where people are navigating on some key pages.
